can they whack tmnet upside down?

i am pretty upset for paying rm2xx++ monthly on a 800mbps deal but i can only get max 400mbps speed.

if viewqwest price is cheaper than tmnut, tied 2yrs~ 3yrs contract i kasi tied je, free gooding mesh router + static ip address wo~
