How do I list a task on BountyLists?
Step 0: Sign Up & Login
If you are new to BountyLists, you must first sign up an account. Visit BountyLists, sign up and login.

Step 1: List
Click on "List A Task" to begin the process. Fill in the details for the task: title, description, location, due date, budget and number of taskers needed. Then click "Post Task".

Step 2: Confirm
Your task will start receiving offers by Taskers in real time. Review each Tasker and pick the best candidate for your task. You have access to their profile to check their ratings, community review, past job completions. Confirm the Tasker by adding pre-authorized funds and you can then contact the Tasker by private message.

Step 3: Settle
Your assigned Tasker will now complete the task for you. Upon completion, the Tasker will request for release of funds. All you have to do is review the Tasker and approve the release of funds.

Who works on the task for me?
Anyone you choose! You have the freedom of choosing who you want to work with. You are able to browse the tasker profile page for further information of the taskers who applied for your job. Through their profile page and user reviews you will be able to judge whether they are a suitable candidate for your task before accepting their offer.

How much does it cost?
As a Lister, it is 100% FREE to post with no hidden charges.

Where do you operate?
We are based in Malaysia and currently anyone with a Malaysian bank account are able to list tasks. More payment options coming soon.

What happens if I am unsatisfied with the job done?
If for a particular reason you find the quality of the job done is far from satisfactory, you can report it or email us at support@bountylists.com. We will investigate your dispute and refund you the money as soon as possible once the investigation is completed. We swear we will work tirelessly to solve your problems until we break down or die or both!

How do I pick up a task on BountyLists?
Step 0: Sign Up & Login
If you are new to BountyLists, you must first sign up an account. Visit BountyLists, sign up and login.

Step 1: Get Task
Click on "Browse Tasks" to begin the process. Find a task that best suit your skills, time and location. Simply click on "Make An Offer", make your best offer to the Lister and tell him/her why you are the best candidate for this job.

Step 2: Get Accepted
If the Lister likes what he/she sees, your offer will be accepted. We have received the Lister's funds, ready to release upon your task completion! Its then time to get to work!

Step 3: Get Paid
After you have completed the task, click on "Request Payment". Once the Lister has released the funds, simply leave a review for your Lister and claim the funds to your BountyLists Wallet.

How do I get paid?
Pick up and work on the tasks on our site knowing that payments are safely held by us until the task is completed. Once a task is completed, the payment will be credited to your Bountylists Wallet. Once you have accumulated enough funds, you can request for a transfer of the funds from your BountyLists Wallet to your bank account by emailing support@bountylists.com with an email titled "Funds Withdrawal". Specify the amount you wish to withdraw and ensure your Payment Details on your dashboard is updated.

How much does it cost?
We charge a 10% service fee (payment fees included) to the tasker upon completion of a task.

Where do you operate?
We are based in Malaysia and currently anyone with a Malaysian bank account are able to withdraw funds. More payment options coming soon.

What happens if the lister doesn't release my payment?
If for a particular reason you find the payment is not released, you can report it or email us at support@bountylists.com.
