2023 BYD Atto 3 Standard Range for RM55k?

Hi everyone,
I came across a used 2023 BYD Atto 3 Standard Range going for RM55,000, and I’m wondering if the price is too good to be true.

I’m curious if anyone knows why this one is so cheap. High mileage alone usually doesn’t drop EV prices that much. Could be:

ex-company/fleet car
battery health issues
accident history
rental/Grab car
or maybe just a legit good deal?

Anyone here with EV or Atto 3 experience, please share your thoughts.
Is this car worth checking out, or should I avoid it?

I’m looking to sell my PS4 bundle and would appreciate some advice on a reasonable price. Here’s what I have:

Myvi G3 oil filter

Dear All sifu, Yesterday, I sent my Myvi G3 to the workshop for servicing. I noticed they used an oil filter meant for the older generation Myvi. The filter used by the G3 is shorter, but the foreman said the old model filter can be used. Can anyone confirm this?
