Hello guys, I will take STPM 2014/2015.I made the decision to study Form Six as it is very cheap compare to any other pre-u and it provides wider range of choices after finishing it.

However, may I know is Stpm have the high chances to get accepted into top uni in US and SG?

As I know,SAT is needed to go to US uni, but since I am taking STPM ,can I take the SAT or should I say do I have the time to take SAT?

I know STPM need to study really hard . Since then, can I still participate in extra cocuriculum activities?
About A level and STPM

Hello guys! I just got my SPM 2013 results and I got 9As .I have actually apply to polytecnics in Singapore but I am sad to say I did not get them.;(.So, I am considering STPM and A -level after that. Do you guys who have studied FORM 6 or A level could give me some suggestions or just kindly share out your experiences about these two pre-u?

Actually, I wish to pursue A level and have already got the offer letter from Tunku Abdul Rahman College(TARC).However, we all knows that studying A-level means that you can't get into a local public universities except USM right? So, my cousins suggest me to study STPM which is a lot cheaper and can have the choice of both public and private uniiversities .

In fact, I myself have a big dream to study abroad in those ivy legues(Harvard,Oxbridge,Yales...)(I never dare to told my parents due to financial problem). But, I think my financial status won't allow me to do this. Therefore, I need to have study hard and get scholarships to get closer to my dream. In your opinions, STPM or A-levels have the higher chances to get recognised and being accepted into these ivy leagues?

As I know, ivy leagues especially Harvard also emphasize a balance in both academic and extra co-curriculum activites. If I study A-levels or STPM,do I have the tiime to participate in many extra ccc activities? Thanks to you guys who have watched this post and please do give me some suggestions cause I really need! Thank you so much.
