(WTA) Wrong Postcode Problem// PosExpress

I searched for the same problem here but couldn't find it.

Was wondering if you guys know what should I do to collect my document (pos express) because
I mess up my address's postcode (I should use 40300 but I write 40200)
But I do put my detail there, The right Section, Apartment etc. But I wonder if they will look at the Postcode only or what?

I only realised it recently because I haven't receive my package for a month already.

What should I do? Should I go to the post office (I don't even know which one to look for, the local post office or the big one).
or call the customer service. TAT.
