Hi All Sifus,

Need some help & advise on buying free standing oven (FSO).
I went to a few shop mostly sell build in type, for my kitchen is more suitable for FSO.. ( ideal 60cm x 60cm, electric or gas )

If anyone know any brand / model that is great.
Where to look for reasonable price around klang-valley & selling more of this kind FSO ?

Remove condo "non structural wall"

To all the SIFUS here, please help

I need to hack a condo non-structural wall ( open concept ) but the management said new law so need
approval from MBPJ. Last time no need

Problem is they don't have the floor-plan themselves .. is with the developer.

Questions :
a) What is the process for MBPJ approval ?
b) Who should I hire ? ( structural engineer just for that one piece of wall )
c) Estimated time & cost until approval
d) Since is non-structural wall can hack 1st, while waiting approval ?
e) If really no floor plan, how ??
