OLD FREEHOLD CONDO IN JB

Currently I am staying in KL areas and maybe moving to JB nearer to JBCC within 5-10KM in future. Any recommendation to old condo (no service apartment) that can satisfy the following condition for my consideration?

1) property market value about RM500-600K, Floor areas more than 1500 square FT and 2 or3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathroom.
2) It had been under good management and maintenance last 5 years.
3) location nearer to JBCC within 5-10KM
4) Public transport to JBCC available if possible.

As I am not familiar with JB areas, so I am looking forward to your comments, recommendation and guidance.
