2. Any converter for HDMI to IEEE1394 (my laptop is HDMI but my old camcorder is IEEE) ?

Specifications i need:
1. Processor type = Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor
2. memory = 2G or above
3. Display size = 14“
4. Video RAM = 512 (Better hv graphic card)
5. External I/O ports = must have IEEE1394 （i need connect to my DV Camcorder）
