Hi, since i ady resigned and want to change the pace of my life a little (i just want to chill these 2 weeks), so in the mean time, i will contribute as much as i can to /k/.

reasons want
1. boy can play mutliplayer co-op with me and play badminton with me.

reason don want
1. when my daugther have bf that time...for sure i will whack all of them....FOR SURE
2. i don want to marry off my daugther cause i scare later that boy is a ah beng and hurt my girl.

Hi, /k/ I know this should be in Job & Careers, but

i think that its better to get advice here, because here it's more ppl so more idea/thought i might get.

Prelude, I think that I invest too much time in my job that cause me to have a little extra on my tummy, and face looks like 30+, also no time to exercise(i know its an excuse but improving) and find amoi chi-chat(i know 1-2 kakak only, no amoi in IT lah wei)
and i'm more family-oriented person.

Experience : 2 yrs 7 mths
Salary : 4.9k
Age : 24
Industry : IT (software)
Others : Single but desperately want a gf/ started a family (awek can dm/pm me, i'm ugly but gentle)

So there is two companies (branches) here in malaysia want to hire me.

One is from Japan and another is from China (both also fully owned sub)

Both also offer me 5.5k~6k

Pros of the China Company
- Get to travel to other SEA countries TO WORK!!! (phillipines, thai, hk, china)(frequent!!!)
- Per Diem ( <100usd if travel, vary by country)

Cons of China Company
- Cannot surf /k and bark with ktards and friends and family
- More on support work (In IT i think is not so good in career development)

Pros of the Japan Company
- MAYBE in future will have chances to go JP work, but con lan firm not now.(TBD 99)
- Can work in M'sia (more nearner to friends and family)

Cons of Japan Company
- Consider a pros also i think, is FULL STACK aka one leg kick (for those who dk is actually one person make whole software slt)

Conclusion:

China company might give me a whole new opportunity to become expat in my life but sacrifice f&f, also not sure will find amoi aboard or not? because idk in the age of 24, imma want to settled down ady. start a family, normal life, become kulik. (In msia also no awek want me...i think its more harder to get one if i constantly travel)

Japan company might just another typical MNC in msia which offer me FULL STACK(good career advancement) ...that's all....chances of going to JP , find awek there and piap is less but possible in future (which is so much uncertanty).

Fill wrong TP3 form

Hi guys may I ask something about the TP3 form aka PCB form that the employer need me to fill up when i change job.

What happen if i fill up the value wrongly by mistake?

This actually because when i fill up the TP3 form from the new company, i forgot to calculate the pre-previous company pcb, so result in i wrote less.

its about a months ady..... now i only realize because my friend who change job recently consult(ask me only, he thought i know some info) me,
so i realize i did wrong........ what happen now>? what should i do?

Will the form submit to LHDN, will i break the law? later they said i submit wrong info, need to jail me? cry.gif cry.gif cry.gif

Don mind i ask, what is the use of TP3 because everything time i change company they also need me to fill it up(i change 3 companies in a year).
why they still need us to calculate ourselves.

I mean doesn't they ady calculate for us or they have all the income record of us ady>? I mean is for HR uses of LHDN??

Hi guys, i would like to ask is rm4800 (my previous 3500) overpay or just higher than market price for a 2 years junior programmer?

The company is a new super newly startup company which only have 3 ppl, so definitely still no products yet but ady have plan and working on it (what the boss and HR said).

but it seems quite legit.... SO FAR...because its office it's rented at one of the MENARA BANK xxxx so i consider the rental should be quite high, and the boss (director) is a foreigner from SEA also... with a currency exchange higher than here (u agak know which country ady) so ....does is seems fishy or legit? i scare its a scam because u know lah...many money laundering company out there..i guess...

Is it okay for me to join this new startup company ?

Is it safe which is wont bankrupt in few months?

Normally from experiences...how likely will a startup company get closed or bankrupt...is that many?

Hi , I want to ask that about TARC intake prob. Can I ask that normally when will u receive offer letter from tarc before intake? I ask tis because may is the intake and I ady submitted the form and arrived on 4th april ( closing date -7th / april ) but the admission department only received my form about 2 days after the closing date ( I got shock ..wtf!! ) and I phoned them and they said they still accept ppl depend on subject after closing date, I got a bit mad because I did sended it before closing date but why should I be ttreated as ...( I mean if they said like tis , mean my chances getting in are so low ?? ) . And these time those annoying problem comes to me. They said my postal order got problem with the seal ( I would bang that staff if I got to see her agn ,, wtf pos office sell me a postal order without a seal on it zzz!! ) so I called my friend in TARC and help me settle those things. After everything got settled down ...its ady 11th april and now my application status still under consideration ........I get so frustrating and stress because my financial support only choice is tis college and my result got all passes in full credit ..more than the requirements .....I apply diploma...I knew that tarc is now recognised by gov and is a U now , I scare they reject me .....I have no choice ..I only apply tis college ..and my hope is tis..I don want form 6 or other ...anyone help plzz...wat can I do now? ..will I get reject ?
