Hi all,

Can i check if there are hotels (or airbnb?) that welcome COVID positive patients who willingly want to quarantine externally (away from home).

This is as i have high risk dependents at home and wish to stay away from them in order to minimise risk of exposure and transmission.

Hi guys, might be accepting a new job at RHB centre located along Jalan Tun Razak.

Ever since they started construction on DUKE 3 the road there has been so fucuked up. Can't imagine driving to and from work through that insane traffic.

Alternative is to take the MRT to TRX and walk across. Distance wise, it looks very much manageable. However, it doesnt seem like there is a dedicated walking path towards Menara JCorp which means pedestrians will be exposed to the heavy traffic.

Just wanted to get some thoughts from forumers who have an insight on this. Any contribution is appreciated!

USB type C replacement for 65w charger

Hi guys, I've got a Huawei Matebook X Pro which uses the standard 65w charger and USB type C cable.

With regular use the type C cable eventually tore, exposing the wires inside (Apple chargers are notorious for this). So just checking if there is a specific type of USB C cable that I should look out for when buying a replacement? And if so, what makes that cable special?

There used to be shops or businesses that would buy old laptops for parts and or to resell. I can't seem to find these kinds of shops anymore. Anyone have any idea where i can sell besides places like garage sales or own listing.

Hi guys,

Need some advise on Monitors to be used largely for office purposes, but would also like to have the flexibility of watching content on it.

Below are some criterias

1. Preferably thin bezel
2. Great color reproduction (i noticed most monitors with anti glare screens have washed out colors)
3. Speakers not a priority
4. 24 inches would be perfect
5. Don't play games so refresh rate not a priority

I was looking at dell SE2419H and S2319H. Both are similar besides the difference in size and speakers.

Any suggestions are welcomed!

HELP! MAS flight issue

HI guys, my girlfriend and i bought a return ticket to japan. however she couldn't take the outbound flight to tokyo and thus bought an air asia ticket there. however, now that we are in tokyo, we just found out her MAS return ticket was canceled without prior notice or confirmation.

This was after i informed the ground crew and baggage check in person that my gf will be taking a different flight to our tokyo (so logically she will need a flight back to KL right).

Is this normal? Our flight out is tomorrow so i need to figure out how to go about this

My handphone had been with me for more than 2 years now, its model is SE K700i.

The incident happen today morning, i was sleeping than i woke up around 4a.m . I wanna move around the house so i on the camera and use the ''light'', but then as soon as the camera starts it sort of turn off by itself. I tried a few times but the same thing happened. I was quite suprise because this things never happened to my phone before, it had always been extremely reliable. So i off the phone and on again, the problem is when i on the phone screen will flash abit then go blank then flash abit then go blank.

Now cannot on anymore. Anyone out there know whats the problem? I plan to hang on to this phone until next year.
Any help is highly appreciated!
