I mean, if all mykad get subsidy then still lot of subsidy cost la and not to mention people will lend their mykad to foreigner and the ultra rich..

1. Give to those with valid driving license only
2. Limit to around 200 litre per month per pax?

Ok la.. Better than the older app. Retirement calculator also very easy to use.

By 55 it estimate my kwsp saving will be rm1.7mil..but i hope i dont have to work till 55..

For 2nd car daily workforce
70km daily drive to office and back
My priorities: comfort, NVH, reliability, fc

Tested ativa. Okay2 je la. Still skeptical about a 3 cylinder engine.

What item to furnish for rental house

My new house is going to VP is near future. My wife and I are planning to rent the house first, it's a double storey intermediate terrace house.

Just wondering what is the necessity items for us to be able to get higher rental rate without breaking our bank. Below is good enough?

-kitchen cabinet melamine + quartz (new)
-refrigerator + kitchen hob (new)
-Wardrobe (new) and bed frame (free, from current house, for master bedroom only). Tilam tenant cari sendiri
-sofa (free, from current house)
-tv 32' and tv cabinet (free, from current house. simple2 one je)
-aircond 1hp at master bedroom and 1.5hp at living room (new)
-dining table (free, from current house)
-lighting and celing fan at all bedroom, dining and living room (new)
-washing machine (new)

What else eh.

thinking of travelling via lrt&mrt to work. lately feeling tired of driving cos need to rush early at 6.45am and go home sharp 4.30pm to avoid traffic..

currently driving expense, fuel + tolls probably rm450+ above monthly. luckily parking free..if stuck in traffic add 20/30 minutes from 45 minutes..

house is at ampang, and work is somewhere along mrt station (more than 10 station away from maluri).. so if go at lrt ampang need to interchange somewhere maybe at maluri..

question is, is it tiring to ride lrt/mrt cos probably need to walk a lot and standing while carrying laptop bag also travel duration might be longer than driving..

cost wise i guess a lot more saving cos can take my50 + rm4 parking per day

UPDATE: Tried it for a few days.

pros:
1)cheap.
2) can look at pretty girls along the way

cons:
1) journey take twice the duration. 1.5 hours instead of 40-50 minutes
2) not comfortable. need to sit at the plastic chair for more than one hour. sakit belakang and butt
3) need to stand when i interchange. cramp

decided it's not worth it especially for the time taken. now just drive to work use another route without toll. further a bit by 5-10 km but save rm160 on toll per month

CR-V dont want cos i read at FB group a lot kena steering rack spoil and NVH level same as City. RM8k to replace unless got warranty..abis warranty mati la

system administrator. is it a good career?

been working for more than 2 yrs at current company as a system administrator.

previous to this company, i was working in multiple companies as a processer/user of the business function.

since am now working as a system administrator, im afraid that i will be stuck to this role and not be able to jump other than being a system admin.

not really keen to keep working as system admin as it is stressful to only be working to enhance/solve system issues. basically 24/7 if people have issues with the system

what do you guys think? the role itself is quite high demand (famous system and globally used)..

call them to ask loan balance since dont have pbb account bank to check online..

call customer service (1-800-22-5555)..no answer..not even auto/robot answer..

call hire purchase line..the officer said cannot check, need to go to branch
