I got a year contract with employer.

After they found cheaper source, they decide to terminate the contract on the 8th month by giving the one month notice as per agreed terms.

Then, they realize their own employee find it difficult to continue the work.

The employer cook excuses and question my work and refuse to pay the last month salary.

What can I do?
