Water Fasting

hello..
so, last time i do water fasting for 3 days..
great lost almost 5kg.but gain 2 kg back after 2 weeks because eat a lot! (60kg->55kg->57kg!)
and today with current weight of 57kg, i wanna start it back, but will try till 10 day.

anyone do water fasting?

contract worker dilemma

i finish my diploma , 2010(age 20).
after back to penang, not more than 3 days, got offer to work at one the leading factory here in penang.
so i just grab this opportunity lor.. its been 4 years now, however,until now have not been able get this job as my permenant job(still contract)..

usually people dapat naik pangkat by their experienced right? but, not here .. hmm
some of my colleague say, "bos rasist"..
but, i got 3 collegue other races work more lama than me also still remain contract + mereka ada degree ..(ada yang sudah tujuh-8 tahun woor contract.. the reason they cant resign also same with the, the gaji and cant find other job.. but kesian diorang suda kahwin ada anak ,tapi still contract..aiyoo..manyak kesian.. )

sigh *
cant find another job since my salary already high, base on kenaikan gaji setiap tahun.
penah try interview new job but, cant get like now salary ..with today economy, i cant take any chances to accept any offer with low salary( back to basic salary+200)..
want to do urusan bank (example: loan) also susah..envy so much at permenant worker..
dapat subsidi makan at canteen everyday, dapat elaun minyak, no need o.t, dapat company saham..etc..

+lucky me still not married.
+still on going for my part time degree.hope after grad,less than 2 years from now, can get offer as permenant here.
+love my office, love my work, but hate this batch "CONTRACT" im wearing.
+nampak batch ni mesti dalam hati sumpah bos kaw-kaw , hope one day his/her children future suffer like me..

hola, i confused.. Last two days, my motor run out of oil.. the meter show oledi at red alarm. then, i go to oil station A brand to fill up the gas.. full tank rm5... Okay.. then, again ,today morning, my motor run out of gas, same reading as two days ago. then, i fill up the gas at station B brand, full tank rm5.80.. eh.. how come ar?? (p/s:the price for liter still same , no minyak naik harga yet..)
got different pulak.. do you guys ever experience this? shareee..
