Contract Vs Permanent Offer

(Both company A & B are MNC company)

1st Offer: Company A (Marketing related job)
HR offer 6 months contract renewable or not will depend on; firstly (priority) availability of their headcount. Secondly is your performance.
They tell you that at the moment the company has some headcount issue so chances of renewing the contract at the end of 6 months is 50-50.
In terms of job and environment and location, its all good. Im quite happy.
Pay is only 200 higher than the next offer.
But my main concern is if they are able to offer you such salary for the 6 months contract, it seems like the chances of them renewing the contract is very low.
Although i might be happy with the job and etc, should i forgo the below permanent offer and take the risk that my contract may not get renewed? Then back to square one to find other jobs again not knowing whether you will find any suitable ones in the future?

2nd Offer: Company B (Sales related job)
It's a permanent job offer.
In terms of job and environment and location, is still acceptable.
But if compare with the above offer, the above job is probably more interesting than this one.
Pay wise and benefit etc is not bad although its 200 lower than the above offer.

Any advice how to choose?

recently i jz updated my system
currently using:

Core 2 duo 6750 with EP45 Ds3
2G G.skill ram
His ati4850 turbo X 512mb
120G Desktop Ide seagate hdd << Will tis effect the system???
Enermax 500W Liberty
19" Monitor

the problem is sometime the graphic will turn red
then sometime will blue scree or screen hang o screen no display

tis normally is wat problem???
graphic card???psu power not enuff??driver problem???
