Cahaya SPK Terrace

Dear Prop Sifoos & forumers,

I'm thinking of buying a house in this township. Just want to hear out your opinion or experience on this Cahaya SPK development. Any suggestion is welcomed. This be my first landed terrace house as i have already owned a townhouse (it is also landed with strata title ) in Kota Damansara. Planned to keep it until my family is big enough (until my current house feel like very small) before moving in as I'm afraid landed properties will become much more expensive by then when I decide to find one later.

Need your opinion and expertise. Thank you again in advance .

Acer 4745GNew Model Notebook Problem

Dear all,

Havin this problem with my newly bought Acer notebook. It can only boot up until Acer logo appeared and then nothin else appeared except a small line as per picture. Before this, there is a warning regarding some risk on my HD.... Need your expertise....

i think... VIRUS!

i cannot acces my folder option and what is worse, there cannot be found in my comp...

my regedit also cannot be accessed...

help!!!

Computer Restarting Problem

hi guys...

i just bought a new pc from low yatt last week and unfortunately, i doesn't hav the oppurtunity to fully used the computer up to its potential...

first day i bring it back, i was not able to install the windows, it keep on showing a message in a blue screen (like hd corrupt screen) every time it try to copy files needed to copy windows. then i brought it back to the shop and fortunately, the next day i manage to install the windows.

and then, another problems emerge.the pc keep on restarting very often out of nothing, while i left it idle, while i am playing fifa and even while i was adjusting things in my display setting and many others condition. once it restarted, if it manage to proceed until windows, it will shows message 'windows has recovered from serious error' and sometimes it also show message 'windows need to close down this program', e.g: windows explorer, opera, or any program that i open.

does anyone has any idea what's wrong with my pc??

i'm using acer travelmate with a mobilty radeon 7500 graphic card with 64mb memory...

do i need to upgrade the driver for this graphic card??
where can i upgrade the driver if i do need to upgrade the driver??

Laptop problems... Help me!

I am using an ACER Travelmate 430 laptop that i bought few years back running on pentium 4 2.53 ghz and currently using 768ddr ram..

Starting from last year, it keep on turn off completely without proper shutting down process after few hours of usage and i noticed the fan is still running..

Does anyone have any idea why is this happening?
How can i solve this problem without it using any cooling pad?
Suggestion please...
