[WTA] GTX 970 and its settings

hi guys, I am not sure this is the correct place to post but here are some question about nvdia control panel settings. (gtx 970)
I have recently got my gtx 970 and aware that there are some new driver improvements
(MFAA, DSR, VXGI) and some old (?) features like maximum pre-rendered frames and virtual pre-rendered frames and etc.
Question : how should i set each of those settings as in will provide graphical improvement but not cripple the performance too much?
(how does MFAA affect performance? how does pre-rendered frame settings affect performance? etc.)

Hi all, anyone joined this/ similar interview before? please share your advise and the walk through of the interview if possible Thanks.

For my own experience, I am being called to a written test at first (with various posting in many government sectors) => passed the test and being called to the assessment center (half- day mini camp to let the participants to show their leadership, communication, problem solving skills etc.) => now being called for a face to face interview and some tips or guidance might help.
