Acer laptop warranty

Guyz...my Acer laptop recently have a problem that the LCD didn't pop up any image..tried it on my lcd monitor and it works..so i guess the lappy LCD is the main culprit..

and i just checked on the Acer official website that my lappy still covered by the warranty..so nid to ask which is the best way / solution to claim warranty for my lappy? is it either sending to the shop back or straight to the Acer HQ?

im not sure if there is Acer HQ around KL tho..if u guyz have any experience of claiming warranty for Acer lappy..plz do share with me eh...

Wanna ask is it possible to claim warranty if the HDD got ultra dma CRC error count like the picture below? i've been googling and found many suggestion that to ignore it / claim warranty... so i've decided to claim warranty b4 it become really worse..any1 got facing same issue like mine? btw,for those who ask me to change the cable etc..i've done that b4..tried with numerous cables still end up the same..

I juz bought Acer Aspire 4820TG at one of shop at LYP. They said for warranty nid to register at Acer Official Website.. When i try to register,its said my laptop

serial key has been registered and i cannot proceed to register my lappy. So, am i been conned tat this lappy is not NEW? or there are other way to register my

I have 5730 that i bought in February this year...and now the hp cannot boot up..i think because the wire connected to the front side of the phone putus d or wat not sure..b4 this got string stuck inside n i accidentally pull it by force...

so now im not sure whether to send to the seller who is now dunno where missing coz of THIS issue or repair with my own money or send to the company called MBP which
