We all know LKY is a sly. Did he cried crocodile tears when SG was expelled from Malaysia?

There are rumors that he pressured Tunku etc etc so that SG would be expelled from Malaysia.

I heard it was all part of LKY's plan. Some socialist party in SG was growing strong and PAP is about to lose. So he decided together with Malaya,Sabah and Sarawak form Malaysia with Singapore and then eliminate the socialist party threat, and then from there he purposely want to be expelled from Malaysia, and now he can have SG all for himself.

The Terengganu state government will send five Islamic religious school students who memorise 30 "juzuk" of the Quran for aerospace studies abroad next year.

Terengganu Menteri Besar Datuk Ahmad Razif Abd Rahman said via the aerospace scientist programme, each student will be given full scholarship with all fees and expenses borne by the state government.

He said after graduation, they will serve the Terengganu Science and Creativity Centre (PSKT) for several years.

"This programme is a pilot project to produce Muslim scientists in aerospace which is currently dominated by the West.

"The missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 shows that we are short of experts in this field and have to rely on expertise from Western countries," he said after closing the Aerospace Carnival and Kite Competition 2014, in Kuala Terengganu today.

The state government needs to take this opportunity to produce Muslim aerospace scientists and focus on studying the Quran as there are still many secrets in the holy book.

Ahmad Razif said it is collaborating with Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) to prepare a working paper to identify suitable universities abroad.

"I have asked UMT to prepare a working paper on the cost and list suitable universities including from China, Russia and the United States as they are advanced in aerospace.

"Coincidently, this year UMT has signed an expert in aerospace from the United States. I will appoint him to be adviser to PSKT," he added. – Bernama, June 1, 2014.

Kesan penyerahan projek ini pd TNB ialah YTL akan untung besar melalui perjanjian belian bekalan elektrik (PPA) dengan TNB. Dalam perjanjian dengan IPP terdahulu, TNB dipaksa terima perjanjian berat sebelah yang memang nyata merugikan TNB.

Contoh:- TNB beli kuasa dari IPP 19 sen seunit tapi TNB jual 15 sen seunit. Sedangkan kos operasi semua TNB tanggung dan IPP (penjana bebas) tidak menanggung apa-apa kos operasi malahan dapat subsidi minyak lagi.

TNB akan terus tertekan menampung kos PPA yang tinggi utk dibayar pd YTL.

Akhirnya TNB akan naikkan tariff atau rugi seperti apa yang berlaku pada MAS dan rakyat akan menyalahkan TNB sebab rakyat tidak faham apa yang berlaku.

All 36 Indonesian terrorists who were sentenced to anything less than life for their parts in the 2002 and 2005 bar and restaurant attacks, which killed a further 130 victims, are now free.

And up to 100 more terrorists convicted for other attacks on local and western interests in Indonesia will be freed in the coming year, according to a leading expert.

Only five men from the two Bali attacks remain behind bars on life sentences. Indonesia’s Justice and Human Rights Ministry said they were not entitled to remission or clemency.

Close to 50 people, most of them members of hate group Jemaah Islamiyah, were involved in planning and executing the 2002 Bali attacks. Most served sentences ranging six years or less to 18 years.

They include the men who recruited the suicide bombers, drove bomb-laden vehicles or built suicide bomb vests, to plotters, financiers and others who sheltered the world’s most-wanted terrorists.

Those now free include Abdul Rauf, who was sentenced to 16 years for recruiting the 2002 Bali suicide bombers, and Mohammad Cholily, who assembled the three suicide bomb vests used in 2005.

Cholily was released last year after having 11 years cut from his 18-year sentence.

At his trial in 2006, Cholily expressed regret that he had been forced to reveal the location of bomb expert Dr Azahari bin Husin, who advised on how to make the 2002 and 2005 bombs, and was gunned down by police in 2005.

“I feel guilty, because my words caused the death of a man,” said Cholily, referring to terrorist Azahari rather than the 20 people, including four Australians, who were killed died in 2005. Masykur Abdul Kadir, who helped the bombers rent a house in Bali and drove them around surveying targets, was released in 2010 after serving seven years of his 15-year sentence.

Anif Solchanudin, who sheltered terror mastermind Noordin M Top(MALAYSIAN) and helped plan the 2005 attacks, was released in July last year after also serving only seven years of his 15 years.
