So /k, I'm now renting a room provided with only one wall socket.

There is only one window but not to the outside but to the hall way (imagine a massage parlour but not )

This room is freaking hot and thus, i opted for a portable aircond because a fan is just not enough

So I bought a portable aircond with this spec (which I think related):

Model: MPF-12CRN1
Cooling capacity: 12000Btu/h

I know it is recommended that for an aircond to be plugged singly on the wall socket.

So I've prepared a 20000mAh powerbank for my handphone to be charged when I'm away working during the day.

But things can't be predicted.

Sometimes I need to switch on my laptop or charge my powerbank during the nights.

So I need another power source.

Therefore, can I use a T way wall adapter? Purely for the portable aircond + a few hours laptop or overnight powerbank charge (either one)

Dear all,

I'm finishing my MSc and currently correcting my final manuscript.

So I've sent my resume everywhere for the past two months looking for a job.

In the meantime I'm now doing online business (as my ciggy).
Should I include my business in my resume?
Should I mention it during interview?

I've tried Googling my mobile phone number and of course everything I'm selling would appear. So if the hiring company were to do some research, they would later know.

The good part of what I'm doing now, I'm learning new skills. Online marketing, customer service/relation. Business management. Note that I never learnt all these as I've 'devoted' my life as a research scientist before..hahaha

Car cannot crank

Hi all,

I've inherited my mom's 2004 Toyota Wish. Been using it for two years without any problem until recently.

Out of sudden, the car couldn't crank at all. I thought it was the battery at first because the battery is already more than two years. So I changed to a new battery and the car can be started.

Then I use it for a while before the same problem occurred. So my friend advised me to press/pump the fuel pedal a few times before start and it worked!

The problem has been getting frequent lately but I managed to start the car by pumping the fuel pedal.

--> I've read that it might be the faulty fuel pump because I just realised there was no "eeeet" sound (1 second only) after I turn the key.

-->or is it because of the clogged fuel filter?

I appreciate everyone's help but if there's no definite answer, I'll move this to kopitiam

I dont know the keyword to google but let me describe what happened

everytime I switch on/off electrical device near my laptop, my usb mouse will lose its power as if it was detached (no lights and cant see the cursor)

then after 2-3 sec, it will function again

why?

Tyre punture at the same place

Last I went to tyre shop, they said the hole where there was a puncture is punctured again. So they use bigger rubber plug that time. Today I found out the tyre is deflate again. Will bring to shop tomorrow. What if it is punctured at the same place again? Can the tyre be used anymore?
