Suzuka texture coating for walls

Anybody used Suzuka texture coating for walls before? Method: Mix and spray on the wall for the granite like texture and no need to paint wall. However, the mixture has a horrible stinging stench. Anyone knows if it is safe to use?

Just to find out, what do you guys buy or lock-in from fairs, eg, the Perfect Living Fair that was just held over the weekend. What are the things that's worth getting from the fair? Renovation, ID, furniture, bedding, mattress, kitchen counters, wardrobes, electrical, others?

Also, how early do you guys buy the things from the fair? When house is ready? House still in construction phase, ready in 1 year or 2 years time? How early should you lock-in the purchases?

Just to find out.. My unit isn't ready until 2016. Is it wise to actually lock-in or purchase anything from any fairs now?

Housing Loan Comparison

I'm looking at the housing loans offered by OCBC, CIMB, Alliance and HSBC. Anyone can help me out here? The bankers told me that CIMB, Alliance and HSBC are all fully flexi and OCBC is semi flexi. However, all the 4 banks have the same features, i.e.: Can deposit extra anytime, no limit of times and amount, no charges for early settlement, no need to write in for early settlement. Interest calculated on a daily basis.

Difference: CIMB and OCBC combines both the Current account and housing loan account into one. HSBC and Alliance maintain 2 separate account for Current account and housing loan account.

Question is, if I pay extra every month, how will the extra payment be taken in by these banks? Will the extra payment into current account reduce the principal amount or reduce the interest portion? Which loan package is better then?
