My OS is Windows 7 64 bit and my broadband is A SLOW 5MB Streamyx. I always get a blank black screen when trying to use Google Street View. Is it because of my broadband's low bandwidth ? I have Adobe Shockwave and Flash Player enabled. I have no problem watching Youtube - mostly late a night.
