Anyone into UPM's unit executive?

I am interested to enroll into UPM's Unit Program Eksekutif (Degree in Accounting).
I would like to ask something on the terms and condition about the programme.

Syarat Am Universiti

1. Mempunyai pengalaman bekerja tidak kurang dari 2 tahun, DAN
2. Lulus SPM dengan kepujian dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Malaysia/Bahasa Melayu serta lulus dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Matematik (bagi Program Bacelor Perakaunan calon hendaklah mendapat kepujian dalam mata pelajaran matematik), DAN
3. Telah mengambil Malaysian English Test (MUET), DAN
4. (a)Lulus STPM dengan sekurang-kurangnya gred C dalam mata pelajaran Pengajian Am/Kertas Am, gred C dalam satu mata pelajaran lain dan gred C+ dalam mana-mana satu mata pelajaran berikut: Matematik/Ekonomi/Geografi/Perakaunan/Pengajian Perniagaan, ATAU
5. (b)Mempunyai Diploma dalam bidang yang sesuai atau kelayakan lain yang diiktiraf oleh Senat UPM, ATAU
6. ©Kelulusan Matrikulasi yang diiktiraf oleh UPM

I just started working for 6mnths, graduated from diploma with cgpa 3.3, BUT i did not sit for MUET before.
Is there any chance for the uni to provide internal accessed MUET? Anyone with same experience please do share some words. Appreciate them so much!

Doing Accounting in WOU

I am thinking to do part time degree in accounting at WOU, then, I am interested to take ACCA , CIMA or CPA upon my degree completion. I am still wandering between the choices~ I did not went straight for the professional qualification because of the exam sitting fees are calculated based on foreign currency and I am afraid that I could not handle the toughness of these big guys, so in case I fail ACCA (or any one of them) I still have my degree as my back up.

Queries:

1) Is WOU good in providing part time degree? Are they providing sufficient tools/services for their students? I have experienced some unhappy incidence from their marketing team so they gave me some bad impression.

2) I am in dilemma again after I found out UPM is also providing part time degree too with better edu ranking. are the rankings important locally and in foreign country?

3) Any other recommended institution that are reachable by public transport? On Part time basis

4) Are ACCA, CIMA and CPA at the same level of professional qualification? I read loads of articles on them and I sort off messed up the route like doing CPA then only to ACCA?
