How to use Taobao4u?
1.) Sign Up as Member / Login as Guest - We recommend you to Sign Up so you can fully utilize our system!.

2.) Add item into your Order (shopping cart) - You can insert the information of the product you wish to buy. We recommend you to insert images, and specify the specification of the product. For an example :quantity, color, model and other specification.

3.) Submit Your Order - Once you finish adding your item, you can submit your order list so we can review and quote you based on buying items. Of course you may keep the order, if you wish to put more items onto your order list before you submit. (We allow combine shipping fees too, which means cheaper shipping fees! )

4.) Wait for your Quotation - You will be notify via email regarding your order. You can re-open for edit, or approve the quotation. Once you approved , you will be allowed to view your invoice.

5.) Make Payment - If you are eligible for COD, then you may just proceed by applying COD so we can manage when your items arrive to our warehouse. Otherwise you will have to pay so we can proceed to order your product from our agent in China. We are sorry we don't have automated banking system yet, but we do allow you to upload an image of your transaction or insert any reference regarding your transaction. All your details will be kept private and confidential.

6.) Check Shipment Delivery - You can check your shipment status from time to time. If you opted for parcel delivery, you will be having another domestic delivery status to check your order when it arrive to Malaysia from China. All items will be directly sent to our warehouse in Penang so we can verify the in-out of the items so no chance of missing items!. However we might send your item directly from our Agent in China to your destination if it exceed certain weight in our order.
