How to test if motherboard spoil ?

When searching through garage sales , sometimes I plan to search character with less than 3 it will not work.
Example searching for HP for laptops/printer , XP for window , LG brand monitor and others.
As I know it wasn't enable is actually to minimize the load on searching.
I hope to search for Title head for certain 2 characters words.
Not sure whether admin will allow it but hoping for it.

If I plan not to use a casing for cooling purpose what cable or setting I need to make sure it is done correctly ?

How to replace PSU dual fan ?

I am having problem on my Enermax FMA 350W which is quite noisy.I suspect the fan is stuck with dust.
Having 2 8cm fan.
Actually how does a dual fan works together ? what pin does it have to join both 8 cm fan ? sorry newbie on it.
I am not sure what kind of silent 8 cm fan I should buy.

How to installing 2 OS where 1 is hidden ?

Not sure whether it's possible to do.I plan to install 2 OS window XP home into 2 different partition but it's invisible to each other when booting into window.

Such as
Partititon 1 C:\ Window XP home
Partititon 2 D:\ Window XP home

So if I'm at patition C:\ I will not able to browse partition D:\ or it's totally invisible or maybe it require password to open.

In this case if C:\ is infected with virus , it'll not spread to other partition D:\ when it's hidden or lock with password while if it's at D:\ it'll not infected to C:\

So is it possible to do install?

Claiming warranty without box ?

Can a casing such as "PowerLogic M1800X 220W " able to power up a pc ? The psu is bundle with the casing.
AMD dual core 2.0 Ghz , 1 DDR2 ram , 1 hard disk , 1 dvdrw ? Is it 220w true power ?

MSPaint won't open from Picture Viewer to edit it

Windows Picture and Fax Viewer works "fine" for me.
But when I click the second from the last button, "Closes this program and opens the image for editing", and I had try pressing Ctrl + E , the program closes but "Paint" won't open.It just close the picture and exit.The paint doesn't pop up at all.

I am using yahoo provided widget.Everytime I play some games which is lower resolution such as 800x600 , and exit , the whole and all yahoo widget is out of align.I went way back to almost center.I have to manually drag back all of those widget to the right.

Any expert could help out please ?

Personal equipment
Modem: Aztech

Problem details
First occurence of problem: Few weeks
Problem frequency: 4 times
Problem description: Error 678 not able to connect into the internet.Have to wait until few hours or sometimes the whole day.

Anyone having this problem lately ?
The latest is just now having problem connection to the internet at 8:30pm once disconnect and keep on showing Error 678 until 11pm.

Beeping sound from motherboard

When I start the PC , I hear one short beep sound at the Asus BIOS screen (at Asus start Logo screen).Then the window starts normally.
Someone told me it's a normal indicate all component are running correctly.
As I know , I saw most pc starting without any beeping sound at bios.Can someone tell me whether it's normal or isn't ?
