'click' sound when turning on PC

I'm currently using FSP Hydro G gold PSU as per my sigg

Notably when I turn on my PC (every time) there will be an audible 'click' sound, only once when pressing the power button. It has been like that since when I assembled it

Is it a 'feature' to notify me that I've successfully turned on the PC? Another thing I can see is that usually when turning on there will be some sort of voltage spike (my LED strips will be brighter for a fraction of a sec) parallel with the click sound.

Factory OC GPUs vs Non-Factory OC GPUs

Been noticing that there's not much huge debates sparked between the two -- by simply googling which is more worthy, but often come with mixed results, which that some would prefer factory overclocked GPU and the rest would prefer saving bucks to get the non OC version of that GPU, and then manually overclock it.

Speaking of non-factory overclocked GPU (or reference, or basic, you name it) and factory overclock GPU, say:
(Base clock/boost clock in MHz)

EVGA GeForce® GTX 1070 GAMING ACX 3.0, base clock same as reference -- 1506/1683
EVGA GeForce® GTX 1070 SC GAMING ACX 3.0, the superclocked model -- 1594/1784

MSi GeForce® GTX 1070 GAMING X, already overclocked -- 1582/1771
MSi GeForce® GTX 1070 GAMING Z, more overclock -- 1632/1835

ROG STRIX-GTX1070-8G-GAMING, same as reference -- 1506/1683
ROG STRIX-GTX1070-O8G-GAMING, factory overclocked model -- 1632/1835

Would you prefer to get the basic of that GPU, and then overclock it to match the factory overclocked one, or to pay more and get the overclocked version of it?
Or to say, that basic version will not have the overclocking headroom than the factory overclocked one since the factory OC-ed are tested by the board manufacturers to be fully stable on running at those OC speed, hence adding possibility of running stable too at even higher speed?
Or, it's heavily dependent on silicon lottery, that with the very base clock of the basic GPU, you are actually possible to OC the card to match the maximum overclock of the factory OC-ed GPU?
etc and etc.

Which would you prefer and why do you think so, would like to collect the opinions of fellow hardware enthusiasts here.

GPU stuck at default base clock

My asus strix gtx1060 seems to stick with its default base clock while idling (1620MHz) without downclocking itself to optimal clock speed.

While trying to custom oc it to increment of 100MHz (1720MHz) on the base clock, it still sticks with 1620MHz, but while running unigine valley benchmark, it runs the oc exactly fine (with the boost clock - 2088MHz is the boost), and while exiting the benchmark tool it goes back to 1620MHz. Any help and suggestion on this issue?

MAN JUMPED DOWN FROM 4TH FLOOR AFTER SEEING HOW UGLY HIS ONLINE GIRLFRIEND WAS IN REAL LIFE

This photo was taken by one of the Citizens that witnessed the actual event. That was the dead body of Mark Anthony and there’s a security guard who made sure that no one will touch the said body.

This is what Mark Anthony Perez said to her online girlfriend when he already met the girl inside the mall 2 days ago.

Her girlfriend (requested to do not publicize her name) is famous in Facebook and Twitter because of her beautiful and out-stunning pictures and she met Mark Anthony (his long term boyfriend) through online too. But because they are in long distance relationship, they didn’t meet for a long time but still decided to be a lovers officially. She always use Camera 360 and Retrica with her pictures so she can look attractive and beautiful always and to deceive a lot of people online. She thinks that it is the most effective way to attract people and caught the attention of everyone. And one of those victims is Mark Anthony.

After 4 months of Long Distance Relationship, they finally met in person. But to his surprised, Mark Anthony has been very disappointed and horrified. He saw her online girlfriend real face and was really shocked (in a bad way) even she’s full of make-up. After that incident, he cried and lost his control mentally and jumped on the 4th floor of the mall immediately when they apart.

Mark Anthony was already dead on the spot when the ambulance came. He received major injuries such as broken bones (spinal cord specifically) and a damage to his vital organs especially on his lungs and brain. Even the doctors expected that it will cause much to Mark Anthony’s body and that they could never saved him because he landed solidly on the 1st floor.

Many witnesses saw that tragic moment to the poor man. The police investigation has been already closed and the event was 100% suicide purpose since they interviewed the people.

Molten Aluminum Makes Casts of Ant Nest

Ants are highly social creatures who live in colonies made up of hundreds or thousands of members. Red imported fire ants (Solenopsis invicta) are a highly aggressive species that have a painful bite, and they can destroy crops and eradicate birds, lizards, and ground-dwelling bees from an area.

Humans often use poisons to get rid of these ants to protect their home and property, but one artist is using something different: molten aluminum. The aluminum is carefully poured into the top of the ant hill, and the metal goes throughout all of the tunnels and settles into all of the crevices. Once the aluminum has cooled and the dirt has been washed away, the cast makes a perfect representation of the nest’s internal structure. Yes, all of the ants die in the process, but given the ants’ invasive nature and the abundance of the species, it’s hardly worth losing any sleep over.

Making models of the nests allow scientists to study differences between species, as not all ants make the same nests. For instance, carpenter ants have simple nests with only a few tunnels and these red imported fire ants have highly complex networks of rooms and tunnels.

Any sifus here can recommend a headphone, range RM350-400? Old Sony headphone spoiled because one wireline was accidentally tarik-ed and caused inner damage, now one side got sound other side elek, RM200 some more
Specs desired:
1) Brand - SONY (other also can)
2) Price Range - mentioned
3) Design - Over-the-head (Not earbuds then can adi)
4) Connectivity - Wireless (sked of wire liao)
5) Audio Quality - Clear, high bass, can listen to dubstep, house and melodic death metal
