Going to terminate Maxis Fibre

My maxis Home Fibre 10mbps suddenly just got disconnected,no line no dial tone.
Just because that I did not want to upgrade to 30mbps so they can just terminate my line without notice?
I try to contact customer service calls several times not even one time can reach them.
Too disappointed with their lauzy services, Im going to terminate this Maxis account and switch to other ISP.

connection to TW packet lost?

I try ping TW web site for some time and I find request time out every few pings
Wonder what happend to tw connection now.

Today I found out the connection to China web sites become very lag
anyone have the same problem too?
Did TMnet Streamyx do something else again?

Is it true that TMNet throttle BT?

I send an email asking about the throttling but they reply me this:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your feedback to TM Net.

Referring to your query, with regards to the slow transfer rate on http (hypertext transfer protocol) downloads, peer to peer, bittorrent and other file sharing programs, we would like to inform you that TM Net does not throttle the speed of your connections.

Please be informed that, your connection speed is based upon the connection speed given by the other side. For example, when downloading files directly off the internet (http downloads) the upload speed from the hosting website will effect your download speed. If they can only upload 1 Kb every one minute, no matter how fast your speed is, you will only get 1 Kb every one minute. This same concept applies to Bittorrent and other filesharing programs.
