often i get stressed out after work, my current work requires a lot of thinking on solving probs, attention to detail and alertness at all times.

I've been taking gingko biloba because the pharmacy girl recommends that this will help, but it hasn't taken much effect.

So is there any other supplement that can boost up myself?

basic is 1900
allowance 300
overtime is 13.70/hour
ph is 18.30/hour

since there will be some errand jobs, mileage claim for bike is 0.40 per km.
