Xiaomi Mi A1 can't share internet data

As per the title, my Xiaomi phone is unable to carry out its tethering & hotspot function.

My friend's Samsung & my mother's Huawei is able to connect to my phone's hotspot but it states "No internet access" on their phones. Their phones are able to connect to another phone hotspot, so nothing wrong with their phones.

My phone however, can access internet w/o problems.

Question 1: How can I troubleshoot my phone?

Question 2: Has any other Xiaomi user faced this same problem & mind to share your experience?

I updated my laptop while it was charging. Restart. Then it blue screen. Then screen remained at Acer logo.
FML.

P.S. This isnt the first time Acer Swift 3 has caused problems.

Windows 10 Laptop would not start

Problem: When I press the ON/OFF button, the noteboook turns on (you can hear the fan moving, sound,etc) but it immediately shuts down. Then a few seconds later, it switches on again.

How can I get it to start normally?

I've already installed latest updates. I could only successfully switch on the laptop, like 2 times before it shuts down suddenly again.

I'm in urgent need for help.

What might cause the problem?
How do I fix it, if I can?
Should I send it to a computer shop to send back to Acer Malaysia?

Has it occurred to you guys before? Where your straight hair becomes slightly rough and difficult to comb? Is it due to sleep deprivation or diet or hormonal imbalance? It's kinda the hair becomes a little zig-zag and texture is little bit coarse.

Installed Pokemon Go but couldn't even capture a single Pokemon. It told me there's screen overlay (dunno how to solve it on Huawei phone), GPS not detected, etc. Fellow /ktards, how do I solve this?

Does it simply mean I can't play Pokemon Go on my phone?
