Hi all, last two week, i have won a contest that organized by GSC. The gift that been awarded to me was Nokia Lumia 1520. However, currently i already have a smartphone with me, thus i would like to sell this Nokia Lumia 1520. The original price for this phone was about RM2000. This phone is 100% new and did not been used by me for once.

Few days ago, one of my banker friend told me housing loan for under construction property have totally different repayment scheme. Anyone have any idea on this?

Pay off housing loan earlier or not?

Last Saturday, i met one of my secondary school friend who currently working as financial planner. During our conversation, he mentioned about housing loan repayment. He told me sometimes it is not worth to pay off our housing loan in shorter time. When i heard of this, i feel confuse and curious. Isn't it the faster we pay off our housing loan, the more interest we can save?
So, i ask this question to him, then he said i am only partially right. Coz there is another factor that need to be considered which is inflation factor.
Oh MAN!! What was he talking about? i am just a normal person and know nothing about financial thing. Can any Financial Expert explain this to me? If not, i think i cant understand this even i think until my brain becomes burst

Does commercial bank provide microcredit?

I am currently wish to start a small business, however due to my income requirement is not entitled for personal loan, so the only way i can get the loan is throught micro loan coz its have more lenient requirement. However i dunno which commercial bank have offer this loan, so can anyone help me on this issue?
