[WTA] Password retrieval from machines

Hi guys,

I have got a machine in my lab. It's not a PC, it's a standalone machine with a touch screen LCD panel which prompt for password once we initiate the machine. However, no ones seems to know the password for that machine. Any sifu here can help/advice ways to retrieve/reset the password?

Here is the instrument~ The company cannot be contacted anymore, so need some alternatives to retrieve/reset password

*We have tried to contact them for the past 3-4 months through website/email/call, but no reply. rumors--->they no longer doing business
Anyone know who should I look for to retrieve (hxck) the password?(free or paid is ok for me)

Anybody knows is there any buffet restaurant that serves chinese food in KL areas?
