Looking for a Thai Language Tutor in Penang

I'm living on Penang Island, and looking to learn as much Thai (listening, speaking, reading, writing) as fast as possible (yes, I mean intensive), and am willing to pay a reasonable fee for a face to face tutor. I tried searching the services board but couldn't find anything suitable there, and Google also didn't turn up anything particularly promising. Would be most grateful if someone here could point me in the right direction. Please PM me if you are a tutor willing to consider teaching me.

What I'm offering:
Japanese lessons tailored to your individual needs and learning pace, starting from absolute zero.

My personal goals for all learners:
The ability to read, write and speak the language and some knowledge of the history and culture of Japan, with a proper foundation to sustain your ability to self-study even if you are not longer under my tutelage.

My value proposition:
- easy face-to-face as well as online access to myself via skype or any other internet platform during non-lesson hours (I will reply your mails on any of your questions )
- complete access to my personal library of textbooks, dictionaries, references, magazines, anime DVDs and CDs, manga etc., accummulated over 15 years of learning the language.
- cultural insights (from a Malaysian perspective), tip & tricks and non-"textbook" type interaction, garnered from many years of interacting with Japanese at work and in social situations
- optional coursework based on "popular" culture like anime, J-pop, J-dorama etc.
- learning of technical/engineering terms also available as an option.

My syllabus:
-Largely based off Genki, and Minna no Nihongo with my own supplementary material.

My expectations of my students:
-You've paid the money, so do your homework and self-study, and ask me questions!

My rates:
-RM80 per hour per pax (up to N4 level) RM90 per hour N3 and above
-Minimum 2 hours a week. Max, 6 hours a week. (Evenings on weekdays, or mornings on weekends.). Group discounts can be negotiated, but no more than 3 persons per class.
-Beginners: minimum sign up of 48 hours, payable monthly at the beginning of the month

Trainer Profile:
Engineer by profession, with 15 years learning and experiencing Japanese language and culture. 6 years' teaching experience at PJLS, one of Penang's premier Japanese Language teaching institutions. In addition to teaching, I have experienced living and working in Japan and regularly interacted with Japanese as part of my day job. I'm passionate about learning and understanding Japanese culture and wish to transmit some of that to those I teach.

There is a company called OSRAM in the Bayan Lepas FIZ which appears to be some LED or lighting manufacturer. I believe that they were previously a part of Siemens.
I'm thinking of applying for a position in there. Can anyone here tell what it's like there?
