Company owe me 2 months salary for 7 months

Hi there,

i started working in this ABC company since 2024 May, they didn't pay salary on my first month, i stayed until 2nd month as boss said money is coming in very soon. i was the only staff too. we're in process of moving in to new office, 2 in fact, bigger ones, so it seems to be financially stable i thought. And process of hiring new people.

Fast forward to today, they haven't paid, i've moved on to other jobs. I've reported to labour office and won the case,

i have the BnW for employee contract.

i have the letter from labour office commanding them to pay me.

So what should or can I do now? i just want to get my salary owing.

I haven't reported to EPF as its not included in my offer letter.

HI, I've tried both on mobile and browser.

Sending SMS has no result. I'm currently using Tunetalk telco.

It sends to a UK number for validation.

I checked online to use VPN for US, to get old sms setting, but that probably changes the price also. A lot of other countries facing this issue too.

Anyone has gotten X Premium in Malaysia care to share?

This transit is for F&B outlet, so a few drivers needed to cover the transit at these times,

9.00am and 7.00pm
12.30pm and 10.30pm
(10-15mins driving distance.)

We need it daily but we can also arrange partially if not able to fulfill everyday. And we can pay a monthly rate.

Finding Advice for Company Secretary disappearing

Dear mods, I truly apologize if this is wrong section.

I want to ask advice what to do.

As appointed company secretary not doing job at all, not sending certified audited report for a long time. Not answering calls.
Without that, causing a lot of problems. I can't renew certain licenses for the business.

What should I do?
Report to police?

She needs to be stripped from her license.

Company sec keeps giving excuse having personal problems that so and so pass away, but not just to me, many other clients also facing same problem from her.
It has been a long time.

TMNET / Unifi has a lot of lag spikes, can't play anything for weeks. Maxis and Time internet don't have service here at my location.

Why other countries can connect to singapore better than we do? Game servers of Valve, Blizzard, PUBG in SEA are all in singapore, but i see players from, thailand, vietnam, indonesia, cambodia, philippines connecting without a problem. How come Malaysia to singapore, next door neighbor, so much problem?

There is no value for low latency if we get so much of internet spikes. I get 15ms often but it will jump to 100ms , 200ms and nobody else is using this wifi, only me. not even mobile. For gamers, spikes are worse than high ping. i sometimes play 200ms no problem, to US server, its playable, not spiking of mini freezes/warp.

I'd rather a consistent connection at 80ms without spike than 15ms and spike every 5 seconds. I get this report not just from myself, but other malaysian friends. Of course, those with Time internet no problem.

So I want to cancel this Unifi , i'm not in contract anymore. I want to find something else more stable. We are paying more than Time, why can't their service improve, at least just stay stable. really frustrating.

Any information on having a raccoon in Malaysia?

Are there any other good choices you can recommend for non-alcoholic drinks? no alcohol please, driving lar.

Tiger Radler is another good one.

I've not tried Barbican, how does it taste like? I'm looking for stronger malta taste. Malta too light la.

this "genuine sticker" for protein powder, is not all the time there, is it something to be concern about? i'm interested in buying ON, optimum nutrition, altho not confirmed yet.

that's also for cause i havent purchased online, because i dont know if theyre genuine.
