Cant boot up if plug in USB wifi adapter n sound

Lately 2~3 mths I notice the tplink wifi adapter n asus xonar usb sound card keep power off n power back when the system is on...so sudden of loss of wifi and sound for few seconds
I switch the usb port at the rear I/O also same result...

Then one day the system wont log in windows, just stuck at the enter bios page, click delete or F2 also cant enter bios...motherboard boot device led lit up as well....but if I remove the tplink and asus xonar usb then baru can log in window...

Then I suspect the TPlink wifi adapter is spoil...so I bought another one wifi adapter, looking for pci wifi adapter at local pc shop here but they dun have it, so have to get back usb wifi adapter, TPlink lagi...using the new wifi adapter flicking on off power of the wifi adapter n asus xonar sound card so far had been solve...but the issue cant log in bios n windows with boot device led lit up is still on if plug in the usb to wifi adapter and asus xonar sound card...

My rig config:
ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX with latest BIOS update from Asus
AMD FX-Series FX-8350
2 HDD 1TB toshiba & 2TB WD blue
GIGABYTE GTX 1060 6GB WindForce 2X
16GB DDR3
Cooler Master G560M PSU
Power plug in to NEURO POWER NP AVS 800 CBM AVR before to the system

I plan to upgrade by add a m2 ssd into my HP Pavilion 14-bf105tx. This is the spec I found from the HP Pavilion 14 Laptop Service Guide:

The spec I need to get are:
1. M.2 SATA-3 right?
2. Type of keying M key, B key or B+M key?
3. PCI Express 2x or 4x is not applicable for my case right?
4. Maximun lenght of ssd (2232 to 22110) Which one to chooce for lenght of 50.8mm?

Issue: no default gateway

Hi sifus,

My laptop Dell N4050 upgrade to windows 8.1, when connect to wife for a while will become limited connection, run the windows troubleshooting its said no default gateway, after fixed will connect again...then after a while will occur back...

using dell wireless driver 1701 802.11 b/g/n driver....is this the correct one for N4050?

My current windows 10 build is version 1511 build 10586.420 fail to update the KB 3172985 which is officially designated build 10586.494, making my pc keep on bootloop.

To prevent the reboot and bootloop issue I had disable the window update service...for the time being

ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX CPU LED red issue

My current rig:
ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX
AMD Phenom II X4 960T Black Edition
Sapphire R7 250 1 GB with Boost

Problem:
The rig boot up to window...then after a while (sometime direct after see the desktop icon, sometime after few minutes), no display is detected (monitor no signal), the red led light up at the mobo.

If working well, the ram led running light will run, during the red led light up, its will freeze up...press reboot button no response, press n hold power button also no response...need to off the main power then on back only can start back the PC. During the booting up, the red led got light up a while then off and continue to boot up to window... The PC will hang with no display when the red led light up.

Clear and updated the BIOS.

Last mth the same problem happen I clean all the cpu heatsink/fan n reapplied the cooling compound, chg new HDD, re-format new window, chg the PSU power cable, change new PSU (CM G650M), swapped GPU with friend, use one ram stick also same (chg the ram slot too)...

At the shop its will boot up fine and without any bootloop or red cpu_led light up...so the shop said maybe my house power not stable...so I use powerlogic activa A80S Voltage regulator, surge protector and change to other power points in the house...same result...red CPU_LED at home...

If can successfully boot up at home, can run the PC 48 hours with out reboot, restart manually also no problem...

Possible:
1) Ram faulty?
2) Display card faulty? (can boot up with out 3 beeping sound for no display before, fan is moving)
3) CPU faulty? (check no bend cpu pin)
4) Mobo faulty? (seem like many ppl have this CPU red led issue when I search online, tried all the solution also no luck)
5) PSU faulty? (chng PSU early this mth when the problem struck again when I send to another shop)

1. CPU that can operate long hours 24/7. (Heavy streaming and torrent downloading)
2. Good ventilation n dust filter casing.
3. Mobo need to have good onboard sound n HDMI output (if not HDMI output then I use back EAH 5450)
4. RAM 4GB (enough?)
