I find out that Report to moderator is not working for certain members. I mean someone blatantly violated the forum rules repeatedly but no action taken by moderators. The offended posts may be removed but the member is not suspended. I am 100% sure about this when the said member still posting new topics and replying to posts on daily basis.

I want to ask: is it permissible to bring certain repeat offender to helpdesk attention or just email to helpdesk with all proof?

I want to know who will handle the emails sent to helpdesk.

Reason: if I report the wrong doings by some moderators via email, but then the same bunch of person who I am complaining actually handle my complaint, then it's pointless and wasting my time/effort.

Inappropriate report type

I think the Type of report is not appropriate / racist in nature.

I am referring to this: Scam (e.g. get rich quick scheme/nigerian scam/handphone scam)

Instead of Nigerian scam, please change it to online scam. There are also PRC scam, Malaysian scam, Singaporean scam, etc too. Stereotyping/targeting Nigerian is bad.

I reported the thread and no action taken. Why? Is it lowyat.net and its moderators anti-Malaysia? If there is no satisfactory answer from lowyat.net, I have to forward my complaint to MCMC.

Punca masalah ialah saya guna BM dalam forum sebab English saya tidak pandai. Sila jatuhkan denda kepada saya jika perlu. Tetapi janganlah sebab saya seorang yang tidak pandai English sampai orang lain BASH orang yang guna BM sebagai bodoh, malas dan segala. Saya seorang sahaja yang buat salah.
