SPM 2013 result

Hi,
I just got my SPM result few days ago and I would like to seek for opinions on what should I do.. I plan to go to form six as I didn't want to burden my family by going to colleges.. I'm from science stream and I was thinking is it ok if I switch to arts during form six as I did poorly for my science subjects.. Will it limit my choice of course to study in the future ? This is my SPM result
