Hi guys,

Am planning to buy a robot vacuum. Of coz u guys will suggest to go for those high end model like iroomba, roboking , neato, samsung navibot or etc.... Buts thats just above my budget...am not willing to spend more than rm1k for a vacuum...am currently stuck in the decision to choose between irova & terrabot since both are local brand and the spare part will be easy to obtain & cheap compare to those foreign brand.. Am trying to choose between irova xr210e (rm999) vs terrabot bl-21c (rm 989), current offer at lazada... From the spec, irova seems much better, equivalent to terrabot bl21a model which cost at rm1388. This irova has longer operation hr on full charge compare to the terrabot. However, it seems terrabots have lots of good feedback from the internet on it cleaning performance, while cant find any feedback for the irova. Can you guys enlighten me abit.

[wta] Lenovo y50-70 battery issue

Hi guys. Anyone of u encounter this? My 2 months old lenovo y50-70 have this strange issue.. I alwiz use power cord when using the laptop, and i alwiz set my laptop battery on conservation mode, which the battery maximum charging is cap to 60% only instead of keep charging up to 100% when using power cord. This is to preserve the battery life as according to lenovo. However, the problem im currently facing is that my laptop battery seem will drain off even when i shut/totally off my laptop (not hibernate or sleep)... The rate of the battery drain off quite significant, ie i turn off my laptop when the battery is charged to 60%.. After that i left my laptop un-use for 2 days.. When turn on the laptop on the 3rd day, left only 19%... I've even tried to turn off the battery conservation mode and able to charge my battery up to 100%, but then it will automatically drain off till 0% within 5-6days when i dont even use the laptop..ive check on my battery health, and it is at 96% of its 54760mWh capacity..again, my laptop is still new, just only 2 months... No gaming, just use for office works... Is this normal or my laptop is having a defective unit? Thanx

Dear Sir,

I bought a condo in PJ. Lately, I received a letter / invoice from the developer asking me to pay some charges before i'm able to collect the key.
Some of the charges quite confusing me. Those are:-

1) Electricity deposit (bulk meter)
2) Fire Insurance

FYI, I've already paid the electricity deposit for my unit during the construction time. Now, the developer say that this new electricity deposit for bulk meter is for the deposit for meter for the condo common area ie corridor or etc. They also say that I wont able to collect back my money if I'm going to sell off the unit next time. They asked me to charge back this deposit to the new owner. Therefore, I would like to ask whether this practice is normal or not?, since the developer claim that this is a normal practice for any developer of condo or apartment.

As for the fire insurance, last time during loan application, the bank compulsory us to buy and include the fire insurance in the loan. But then, now the developer is again charging us the fire insurance. How come we are being charge twice for this? What is the next step should i take?

PLEASE STAY AWAY OR DONT BUY ANY NOTEBOOK/LAPTOP THAT HAVE NVIDIA 8400M & 8600M SERIES, BECAUSE THESE CHIPSET WILL GONNA FAIL IN A YEAR TIME (MOSTLY AROUND 1.5 YRS PERIOD) - WELL..IT DEPENDS ON YOUR USAGE & MAINTENANCE AS WELL....

I'M A VICTIM OF NVIDIA 8400M GS USER TOO... IM USING A HP 2550EN WHICH HAVE A HGIH SPECIFICATION DURING THAT PERIOD OF TIME.. BOUGHT AT 0CT 2007 (RM 5700)...
