Why Agent keep asking for Banker Contact Details ?

Recently I paid deposit for a sub-sale property.
This is first time buying a property.
The agent provided her own bank contact for different bank.
I provided my loan application to her agent.

Then I approached another bank by own and applied for Loan.
Now the agent keep asking for the Banker contact details.
Why will the agent need to communicate with banker approving the loan?

What could be the reasons ?

Hi, I'm living in a 40 year old high-rise building.
The water pressure and water flow rate is very low.
I recently changed my piping to PVC to get better water flow.

I'm living at 17th floor.
Highest floor is 18th floor.
So my water source to meter is from Tank located on top of the building.
Not directly connected to Tank on top of the building.
No tanks inside my house.

My house has 2 bathrooms.
At the moment, we can only use one tap.
If Kitchen Tap is open, you don't get water flow in bathroom.

The waterflow rate is : 44ml pers second ( 158.4 liter per hour)
The pressure is very low, but I don't have any device to measure it.

I need suggestion on a pump to install after meter to satisfy water flow, pressure.
Should allow at least 4 -5 taps work concurrently.
It should last long.
