            <title>Why Agent keep asking for Banker Contact Details ?</title>

            <description>Recently I paid deposit for a sub-sale property.&lt;br /&gt;This is first time buying a property.&lt;br /&gt;The agent provided her own bank contact for different bank.&lt;br /&gt;I provided my loan application to her agent.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then I approached another bank by own and applied for Loan.&lt;br /&gt;Now the agent keep asking for the Banker contact details.&lt;br /&gt;Why will the agent need to communicate with banker approving the loan?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What could be the reasons ?&lt;br /&gt;Thanks.</description>

            <title>[WTA] WaterPump for Old HighRise building</title>

            <description>Hi, I&amp;#39;m living in a 40 year old high-rise building.&lt;br /&gt;The water pressure and water flow rate is very low.&lt;br /&gt;I recently changed my piping to PVC to get better water flow.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;m living at 17th floor.&lt;br /&gt;Highest floor is 18th floor.&lt;br /&gt;So my water source to meter is from Tank located on top of the building. &lt;br /&gt;Not directly connected to Tank on top of the building.&lt;br /&gt;No tanks inside my house.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My house has 2 bathrooms.&lt;br /&gt;At the moment, we can only use one tap.&lt;br /&gt;If Kitchen Tap is open, you don&amp;#39;t get water flow in bathroom.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The waterflow rate is : 44ml pers second  ( 158.4 liter per hour) &lt;br /&gt;The pressure is very low, but I don&amp;#39;t have any device to measure it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I need suggestion on a pump to install after meter to satisfy water flow, pressure.&lt;br /&gt;Should allow at least 4 -5 taps work concurrently. &lt;br /&gt;It should last long.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Appliances / Water Outlets in use&lt;br /&gt;1st Bathroom -  Sink, Shower, Toilet&lt;br /&gt;2nd Bathroom - Sink,Shower, Toilet&lt;br /&gt;Kitchen  - Water Tap, WashingMachine&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks.</description>
