Changing PC Gpu

This is my current RIG, I'm using..

Motherboard: Asus PRIME B450M-K
RAM: 16GB RAM HyperX
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor
Current GPU : MSI GTX 1070 AERO ITX
Casing: Basic Cooler Master Casing - No idea of the model name
Power Supply : Cooler Master Elite V4 - 600W

Just planning to change the GPU.. What are my options or recommendations?

I'm currently looking at these 2 options.
1. Palit GeForce RTX 3070 Gaming Pro 8GB GDDR6 LHR
2. Gigabyte Radeon RX 6700 XT Gaming OC 12GB GDDR6

The PC is solely for playing games only. I work on another device. I play diablo 4, dota 2 and Destiny 2. Thanks.

3. Adding more storage due games size, maybe 1 TB or 2 TB m2.
4. I use alot of Remote Play - Steam Link
5. Might look into extra cooling as well. Basically the CPU would be ON forever.

Looking for recommendation for me an upgrade if the old components can be used back. And any vendors as well for this.
I'm not sure if this is Upgrading or Purchasing a new RIG better. Thank you.

Anyone have any idea how I can contact maxis to arrange for a payment extension? My line is barred and I can't call to their customer service. Tried 123 just informs me of my bill payment then end call already. Won't allow me to connect to customer service.

Macbook Pro with eGPU

Hello,

I have a Macbook pro 15 from 2018. I'm looking to get a Razer Core X Chroma. But the issue is, I have a Nvidia RTX2070.
If I install Windows onto the Macbook, and run windows. While on Windows mode, am I able to use the Nvidia card with it? Or I can only use AMD cards?

Instead of spending 5k on a new PC desktop and I have a free GPU. I might as well spend 2k on the Razer Chroma. Im not keen on changing back to Windows other than playing games.

Hello,

I've been using ron95 for my Perodua Kembara since I've started driving the car. But recently tried ron97. I can feel the car move more smoothly and more powerful. Drive on highway, the engine not so loud like want bomb when run more than 120.. During normal driving in city also can feel the acceleration paddle no need press so hard.

So my question is, should I continue ron97? Is there really a difference or just my own daydream? In the long run, is it better for the engine? Im not a mechanic..

Im looking to spend within RM2000 for the new GIG. Any recommendations? It would be great if you could also tell me which SHOP or Company you represent, as I can go in person to make the purchases.

Maxis Fiber Internet BAD wifi Signal

Hello,

I'm using Maxis Fiber 50Mpbs. But the problem the wifi signal is very bad in my room. I live in a Condo and my room is at the end of the house. I currently use Ethernet line to pull from the living to my PC, but my wifi on my ipad and phone is so damn slow. I get barely 1 bar sometimes I can't even detect it.

What would be the best solution be? I'm thinking of getting a new router on my own and place it in my room connecting router 1 to router 2 using Ethernet line, and then to my pc. That way I can have a wifi point in my room as well right? Will the speed be greatly affected?

I have an Extra maxis Router which they did not take back during relocation. It's the same model as the current 1 being used - TG784 v3. Can this router be used for the above method?

Hello,

I've recently just made an upgrade to maxis 30mb package. By making this upgrade, it also means they have renewed my contract to a fresh 2 years.

Which then leads to the problem. My line has never stayed at 30mb. Everytime I speedtest its always ranging around 10mb. I called them and asked yet they told me to manually change channel.

Everytime I change, sometimes can hit 20mb.. sometimes just remain at 2-3mb even worst. Anyone else having this problem? Everytime call them also same solution..

If I wish to cancel they service.. they say will charge me rm500. But their service never hit expectation also.. how should I proceed? I feel like wanna try unifi.

GTX1070 Black Screen

Hello,

I had just bought a MSI GTX1070 AERO ITX. Tried installing it on my desktop manually. Everything fits fine. But once I've booted up the pc, BIOS starts as usual. But after the BIOS, the screen then just goes black. I also realized that the GPU fan stops spinning after going black screen. When I pull out the 1070 and tried my old GPU, window starts up fine.

Below are the specifications of my Desktop
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H77M-D3H Motherboard,
RAM: 16GB RAM
Processor: Intel i7 3770
OLD GPU: MSI GTX 960 OC 2GB
NEW GPU : MSI GTX 1070 AERO ITX

Any advice? Is it possible that the card is Faulty?

I would like to upgrade my GPU to a "GTX 1050 TI GAMING X 4G" or "GTX 1060 GAMING X 6G". Will it be compatible with my current MB? And will it run smoothly? My concern also is will my current case fit it?

Multiple Monitor Display using 1 HDMI port

Is it possible to set up 3/4 monitors with just 1 HDMI port? I mean i do have other ports as well, but I just want to use the HDMI port and connect it to multiple screens, but sadly i have only 1 hdmi port.

Im using a GTX960. And I'm currently using 2 DELL SE2417HG and plan to get 1 more or 2.

Will a splitter work? Does it just clone the screen or allow extended desktop?

I have a Nvidia GTX960 card that isnt working. Is it possible to send for repair? I have no idea what is wrong with it. Would like to send for check up and repairs. But if I bring to shop, they would only ask me to get new 1. Before I send for shop, I would like to check see if anyone can help me salvage it. Getting a new GPU would cost me a bomb..
