I really need some advise.

I has been summon by US legal court for selling on Ebay for selling trademarks item, I drop ship action figure from AliExpress and got summon by IP attoney name JiangIP. Ask for settlement 1.5k usd or else proceed legal case up to 100k usd.

What happen if I ignore the summon, will they reach me here in Malaysia? Will I get jail for file bankrup or anly other punishment?

Anyone has experiance import goods large amount via alibaba? I want to buy dry chili from India, min 8 tons, how about custom clearance? Who will arrange? Is it included in the alibaba service or need to arrange saperately?

Ive been looking around web, to get battery upgrade to 90whr since there are 2 version of the laptop, I had brought the lower battery size version. Any idea how to get the battery?

I need some opinion,

Rumor has it that this year ahead will be tough year to Malaysian. Poor ringgit exchange, increase cost of living, etc. It is good time / better to migrate and have a job in other country?

My friend has been in China for past 4 month, and he earn like RM 30k a month as an expat, house and transport provide by the company. He tell me that he could recommend a jobs to me. The job contract are only 5 years and work performance shall be review each year upon contract renewal. We are at the same field and our working experience are almost same.

Is it wise decisions?
