What is Semi Pro camera?

Hi, i just joined as sales assistant related to camera (digital mostly) last few weeks...
A customer came & ask for semi-pro camera, i straight away blur & don't know what is that......
could someone kind hearted show me some samples of Semi Pro camera???

here r some jobs based in Ingram Macro at section 19/1 (Wisma Academy);

1) Retail CSR
persons needed: 8
job task: -Collect reseller order via fax gateway and enter into Adonis(database system)
-Collect reseller requests for an R.A number from Fax Gateway and lodge on Adonis and communicate R.A number via email
-Escalate issues due to incomplete or inaccurate information in reseller orders or R.A requests to Sydney supervisor
requirements: -Speed and accuracy of data entry
-Ability to effectively communicate via email

2) Licensing Administrator
persons needed: 3
job task: -Respond to email request from customers to provide orders ETAs or P.O.Ds by following up with email request to vendor.
-Send license confirmations to customers and respond to requests to do resends
-Some rekeying of orders onto licensing websites, some invoicing of licensing orders
requirements: -Customer service focus
-Ability to effectively communicate via email
-Accuracy of data entry

3) Credit Administrator
persons needed: 2
job task: -Collect requests for reseller invoice pricing adjustment via the Fax Gateway and process in Adonis
-Post information to the ledger in Adonis
-Forward credit note details back to team in Australia for printing and posting to the reseller
requirements: -Accuracy of data entry and understanding of context of applying numbers in transactions

4) Buying administration
persons needed: 3
job task: - Receive email request to set up new product code in Adonis and apply the relevant product attribute fields
-Keying of warranty style orders into vendor systems
-Update product ETA information received from vendors into the Adonis stock enquiry screens
requirements: -Speed and accuracy of data entry
