This is a local company distributes ceramic tiles and tile products, marble and granite products, and sanitary ware.
Working Hour 830 am - 530pm (5 working days)

Job scope
• Answer incoming calls from Customer and Salesperson
• Proactively updates on delivery status and handles any customer complaints or undertake any others assign tasks
• Collaborates closely with sales teams for smooth handling of shipment and continuous updates.
• To prepare Monthly report
• Ensure compliances to internal controls and audit requirements when processing orders.
• Ensure proper documentation, in form of hard and soft copy.
• Process documentations (Quotation , Proforma Invoices , Orders etc)

Requirements
1. Minimum Secondary, STPM, A-Level, Pre-U , Diploma in any field or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): Must be able to speak in Bahasa Melayu, English and Chinese to liase with customers.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word , Excel and etc
4. Able to multitask, work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
5. Strong organizational , communication and time management skills. Candidate must be able to prioritise and use time effectively.
6. Able to start work as soon as possible
