Hi,

May I know how can I switch my career from networking/IT Technical to programmer/software engineering? I just learn basic programming at my uni and doesn't have any experience involve system development. How can I start my career as a programmer or developer? Do I need to attend training?How can I master programming language? Is there any software company that willing to hire graduate like me (IT Technical people with 0 experience in system development)to polish my skill in programming? I'm very interested to join this field.

Hi,

I worked for 1 year and 5 months for this company.Then I got promoted as a managerial role.But the salary offered to me lower than my previous job.They revised my salary based on my basic salary not on my experience.Because of i'm not satisfied with that condition, I left the company. By the time I left the company, I got pregnant and I know it quite difficult to get a job while pregnant. So, I decided not to work until I deliver my baby. After 9 months jobless and my baby at almost 4 months years old,and now I got a job interview. So my questions here, what can I tell the employer about the time gap i'm being jobless for 9 months?Is it possible to tell them that i'm jobless (9 months) because of I wanted to focus on my pregnancy?Can I say that I left that company because of the company financial status?or maybe can I say that by the time I'm jobless I enhance my communication skills by reading newspaper?or can you suggest me any other answer? Do company want hire a married woman with a baby?

Got job while pregnant

Hi,

Friend of mine got job offer while she is pregnant.Is it illegal not to tell interviewer she is pregnant to get a job?
My friend got a job as lecturer.Her expected date to delivery is on the end of october. While checking at her roster, at that time, student will be on semester holiday means that she doesn't need to lecture at that time while she deliver her baby.

She will tell the management that she is pregnant on the first day she start to work.

If you are the management, will you fire her after offer her a job after know about her pregnancy?In this situation,do you found her as a cheater not to tell interviewer about her condition?and mangement also do not ask her about that.

Bond agreement with company

Hi guys, i just want to ask. If company send their staff for training but the training is under HRDF/PSMB (Pembangunan sumber manusia berhad)claim,it's under government claim,so are they entitle to bond their staff in certain period because of this training?

Previously, my company,if they send their staff for training and the training is under HRDF/PSMB, they will not bond their staff. But when the management changed,they also change the policy. Staff need to be bond for the certain period. Is it acceptable?
