Question about Buying used ATI Radeon 5870

Hi,

I am planning to buy a used Gigabyte ATI Radeon 5870 from a LYN member. But the problem is there is no receipt because he lost it. Can I still claim warranty from the shop without the receipt? Is it advisable for me to buy the card? The seller assures me that I can claim warranty from the shop but need to pay the handling fee. But, I am still kinda afraid to take the risk.

Can anyone help me on this matter?

I am going back to my hometown, JB on 1st of August. I planned to take flight this time rather than taking bus.
I am taking AirAsia flight and the flight departures at 8:15 am. So, I have to to get there before 7:30 am. Is there any way to get there fast?
If I take buses, how long will it take? Or is it okay to take taxi? How much will be the fare?

Hi guys!

I am going to MMU Cyberjaya this June for Beta Programme!
I have some questions regarding PTPTN Loan! Hope someone could answer them!
Here are my questions :

1) Do I need to apply for the PTPTN Loan before going to MMU (Through Online)? Or do I have to wait until the Hari Bersama PTPTN Day in MMU to apply for PTPTN Loan?

2) Will there be any officer on Hari Bersama PTPTN Day to certify my documents?

3) I need to bring the orginal documents with me for the purpose of getting the copies verified right! In that case, how to certify the copies of my parents' identity card? I cannot bring the original I/Cs over there!

ATM Machines in MMU Cyberjaya

Hi!

I am going to MMU Cyberjaya for this June intake.
I heard that the place only have CIMB ATM Machines. Is it true?
Because, I only have maybank account now. If there is no Maybank ATM machine there, then do I have to open CIMB Bank account to withdraw money once I get my PTPTN loan?
One more thing, do we need have cimb bank account in order to apply for ptptn loan? Someone pls help me.

Non Compundable Summon

Somebody pls help me! Today I was caught riding motorcycle without license by JPJ! The JPJ officer gave me a non compoundable summon which asked me to attend the local magistrate court on 24th June. The problem is, I will be continuing my studies in MMU on 7th June which is the registration day. So, maybe I cannot make it to the court on the day mentioned. What shall I do?

By the way, I am now taking my driving license. At the time of summon, I already had "L' driving license. Will this summon affect my driving license in any way?

Need Guidance on Going to MMU

Hi, everyone here, I need your guidance.

I got a quite a good result for my STPM.
My Results :

PA = A
BIO = A-
Chem = B
Maths T = A-
CGPA = 3.59

The funny thing is I targetted A for chemistry and maths since I am very good in it. I didn't even study for bio and pa. But the results show otherwise. Anyway, I am on the decision of going to MMU and taking up an IT course, preferably Software Engineering.

My question is, will they accept me despite not taking Physics subject in STPM? or Do I have any alternatives?
(I don't want to enter public uni.)

I'm planning to buy the BenQ S41 laptop in the coming PC Fair. Anyone knows about the promotions offered in Johor Bahru?

And also can anyone give me some other option to buy the laptop other than using cash? I'm a student and I don't wanna bring so much cash with me! Need Help Please!
