Part time degree need advice which uni better

Hello guys, I looking for part time degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Currently a diploma holder in DMeng
After done all the survey, I finalize the school offer BMeng as below:

Segi Subang Jaya
BMeng recognise by University of Sunderland (2years with diploma cert entry)

UTM Space
BMeng

UTeM
BMeng

As I know Engineer course in Malaysia need to be recognise by MQA, BEM, JPA, IEM.
Courses to be recognise need as least 4Years study time.

I'm still looking for information about these uni and hope to get advice.

Hi all I just withdraw my degree with second year in BMeng last year.
But now I want to upgrade myself with course with Bachelor of Software Engineering.
I had done some research on the part time universities:
UTM Space
Open Universiti
Wawasan University
Asia e University

I had finalize the universities which is UTM space and Asia e University. Both have IT degree but different field, so I wish to get some advice from senior here whether it is good to continue my study with part time degree? The fees of the program is not cheap also and I still owe PTPTN for 26k.
Now I have my Diploma(Meng) and working ask and service eng.
