black oil residue at front right rim

just noticed this black oil residue at the inside of the front right rim. actually there's a lot more spatter inside the rim.

what could possibly be the leak?

power steering? i checked on the power steering fluid, its still in max level.

or is it bearing?

knocking sound at rear when hit bumper

Hi,

my car a proton savvy is having knocking sound when hitting bumper. sounds like "KLONG" whenever i hit bumps.

the sound come from the rear left side. i have changed the rear absorber recently but the sound still came up.

what are the things i need to check?

property agent giving wrong info

this is my first time buying a house. so i came across the advertisement of sub sale for 2sty intermediate 20x70 for RM350k.

interested, i set appointment with the agent to view the house. satisfied with the house without knowing the size is actually 20x65 (looks big), i proceed with the 3% earnest deposit.

now my loan have been approved, and i signed the loan letter offer. when lawyer give me the S&P draft, it state that the size of the house is actually 20x65.

i contact the agent again and she said "sorry, i also got wrong info from the seller agent"

in this situation, what action can i take regarding the wrong information given?

one of our customer is blasting an email to my boss praising me for a job well done.

and my boss forward to his boss, and also to his boss' boss, up till regional director.

they all reply the mail congratulate me.

so what should i reply? i'm just nobody in the company, just join 3 years ago and do mostly technical part of the projects.

should i just keep quiet or should i reply all the mail?

so i bought warcraft 2

its the best game ever.

Blizzard did a very good job with the franchise.

orang kampung tak sedar diri

hujung minggu lepas, ada kenduri kahwin sepupu gua kat kampung, gua ditugaskan sebagai penanggah untuk kenduri tersebut.

penanggah ni macam waiter kat restoran tu la, kalau tgk lauk nak habis, pegi topup, kutip pinggan cawan yg dah digunakan tetamu utk dibasuh, basuh pinggan dan cawan.
cuma penanggah ni biasanya sukarela, xde bayaran pun. salah satu cara kenduri melayu budget murah.

meja pulak disusun macam kat hotel, meja bulat satu meja ada 8 kerusi.

masa waktu puncak, tetamu datang berduyun2, biasa la orang kampung, pukul 12:30 - 2:00 memang waktu makan tengahari.

dijadikan cerita, datang satu keluarga ni, dari segi pakaian memang nampak macam dari keluarga berada, tapi gua kenal diorang ni, anak Tok Mail kat hujung kampung je. yang mak pakai macam datin, anak dara 2 org pakai kebaya ketat. bapak pakai spek hitam.

diorang sampai je terus duduk kat satu meja yg baru je ditinggalkan oleh tetamu yg baru selesai makan. jadinya pjnggan cawan ada lg atas meja tu. gua time tu tgh sibuk kemas meja lain tetiba mak datin tu angkat tangan panggil gua "dik, kemas meja ni" seolah2 mengarah.

gua jawab dengan senyuman "kejap ye pakcik, makcik lepas ni saya kemas meja tu" sambil sempat gua melirik senyuman pada kedua2 anak dara diorang. senyuman gua dibalas oleh si kakak. yang adik sibuk dgn iphone.

jadi bila gua datang nak kemas meja diorang, gua dengar mak datin tu merungut pada suaminya "teruk betul la servis kat sini, tak macam kat hotel". suami dia menjawab,"biasalah kenduri kat kampung, bukan kat hotel 5 bintang pun. dulu2 u kahwin dengan i pun macam ni jugak."

lepas diorang habis makan, diorang pun balik, gua sempat mengenyit mata kat si kakak dan dibalas kembali dengan senyuman.
