Hi Sifu/ forumer,

I am considering de skye residence, Jalan Ipoh (under con). Low dense project, near to KTM, and few access roads.
Need advice since first time purchase condo and new to KL.

What should I consider if wanna purchase condo:

a. Facing east better or south

b. There are 3 option, facing kepong (cheapest), facing Genting (middle range) and KLCC (premium price)
Based on my checking with few friends, facing KLCC view risky since there are few lands that have prospect to develop and view might block in future. So just wondering why the price very high now.

c. low, Middle floor or higher floor. Noted few units available at lvl 7-9 (cheaper price) … I am scared of noise since very near to condo facilities

d. What are the other things that I should consider before purchase a condo..

Note: I’m planning for own stay, but if the market is good, maybe consider to sell after completion (3 yrs).

Need some view before deciding…

My budget:
If 1098sq - RM350K-380K
If 1206sq - RM360K-390K
Note: Based on my checking with valuer

Price (nego) depand to renovated/ basic

Im looking for:
a. Facing Hill (not selayang)
b. Middle floor - high
c. Preferably 2 car park
d. Prefeably some renovation done (easy my job) or move in condition

Purpose: For my own stay.

Hi sifus... need some advice...

I'm now staying in Angsana apart, batu caves (less 6 months) paying rental rm900... i'm planning yo buy the unit im renting now... purchase price rm260k (roughly)... if I buy this unit my installment will be around rm1000 (230k loan for 35 years)...

In addition, im planning to buy under construction property at ken rimba (condo)... price about rm399k before rebate... I think can get full loan...

Ken rimba condo basically for investment purpose... upon completion or after holding for 1-3 year may let go...

Need advice whether im doing correct move since i am new in KL (less than 1 yr)... moreover no experience in property market...

Any better option (property)... I only can commit max installment rm2.5k (combine) for now.

Is it wise to purchase single property around rm450k (semarak penaga batu caves) or 2 properties as per above.
