Debt Service Ratio For Joint Loan

How can I determine my commitment for DSR especially joint loan?

Do I have to include 100% amount or 50% for joint loan with 2 names. What is the right percentage if not 100 or 50%

Letter of offer from the bank will arrive December 12th, I will be using the same developer's lawyer for s&p and loan.

My question is, I want to be qualify for 50% stamp duty for first time house buyer (budget 2012 applicable for s&p executed from 1st of January 2013 only)
I have exceeded small amount which is 8k.

- Can I ask the developer's and lawyer to stamp my s&p and loan on the 2nd of January (approx 22 days after signing my LO) . I will the remaining 10% and legal fees before January 1st as well.

- Is there any other method for me to extend the stamping of s&p in order to get the 50% exemption? Which is quite substantial almost 4k

Soho to Enterpise Upgrade

Hi,

I am currently on 60.50.*.* Ip (cursed) range and omg latency is really BAD.
I am thinking to upgrade to enterprise package with a dedicated ip.
We are all aware that certain Ip ranges are given priority in traffic.

I already called TmNet Support Center asking whether I could have different Ip 2*.*.* and they said that I should go personally to Telekom to upgrade.. cause the response to that question really not included in their manual (lol)

Can you pick Ip range when we upgrade to Enterprise?
Do you mind inform me what range is your IP? (Enterprise/Corporate users only)
What is your ping to USA - i.e altavista.com ? (Enterprise/Corporate users only)

I have been using streamyx for two months, 1 MB package..

Users of 60.50*.*.* ips, Is this ping result common? for you guys? I think this is really bad compared to my home connection thru a diffferent ISP.. My 448Kbps home connection (diff ISP) ping around 230-290ms.
