Need Business Advice on land for agro and fishery

HI All,

My partner and I are planning to open business in aquaponic at a commercial level.

The biggest problem we face is land. We are in the midst of finalising a land which has good location but water supply is from boring. (water supply has a funky smell)

I would like to keep my options open as the land deal is not really stable at the moment. (1 acre land)

My questions are

- How do I apply land for this business from the government?

- Is it worth applying government land to reduce overhead cost?

- How do I get a helping hand from the government in this sector of business?

- And lastly what are your thoughts on aquaponic on a commercial level in our business industry?

Need Advice on condo stray cats rules

Hi All,

I need some advice and im not sure if this is the right place to ask.

I currently live/ own a unit in cyber heights villa. Management is run by JMB.

Recently they have stated a rule where by if anyone who feed/play with stray cats would be fine RM200.

As an animal lover, I and few ppl are not happy with this as we pity the cats. I mean i feel it is not wrong to feed dry food or supplying them with fresh water as a good deed.

The bunch of ppl complain that the cats are killing rats and leaving them in front of their house. I mean isnt that a good thing as those residence have some sort of rat infestation ?

Long story short we brought this up in our last AGM and we were shot down stating " if you have a point or an argument, you should file it 1 month before the AGM " and now they said if you want to make a point bring it up in AGM. I am so lost to be honest. We are planning to take this to the council but need some guidance or some help in this situation.

Ball Python Breeding - Need help and Advice

Hi all, I am planning to get into ball python breeding - I have a couple of questions and maby need some guidance from sifu sifu here.

Is the ball python industry in Malaysia still growing?
I would like to make it into a business but more of a dream hobby.
How bout the license to sell these as pets? Do i need to go to perhilitan to get these license to sell?
Need some guidance on setting up a 1st batch.

I have a couple of questions before I commit my self into buying a Naza Cruise 650. Would like to gain some knowledge from experianced riders who had some miles on a naza cruise.

1. How much maintainance?

2. Are parts expansive? if parts kaput will I kaput too??

3. Is there any where else thats able to get parts other then Main service center Shah Alam ? (scared if bike brake down half way, confirm die if i tow to HQ)

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone knows how to apply or where to apply for online gaming companies in Malaysia. I have tried applying for couple of online gaming companies like Asiasoft and Gameflier. Can anyone help me on what are the current companies that are listed in Malaysia (prefer in KL).
