Hi there guys,

A friend of mine is seeking help with her dad's pencen funds.
Her father was in malaysian police force and died at retirement age (58 years) due to asthma in Nov 2008.
Is it possible to obtain the pencen funds for her mother or any financial assistance given to the family members?

Im planning to get a set of component set, and recently was offered a package of a woofer and mid bass speakers(getting to the point now)
I wanna know what is the difference between this two, and can I convert the midbass speakers to component set by adding tweeters and the crossovers?

Hi all. The I just renewed my roadtax and insurance on the 3rd December and the company is multi purpose insurance. This just wanted to know if I can cancel the policy and then reapply with another company like allianz. Is that possible.?

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 15 (Bernama) -- The Malaysian Investors Association (MIA) expects the government to adopt, among others, a strategy to bolster local consumption in next year's budget.

President Datuk Dr P.H.S. Lim said the country's Industrial Production Index was still on the decline while the major economies especially United States and European Union remained weak with unemployment reaching 10 per cent.

"Under such economic climate, the Malaysian government's budget for the year 2010 may adopt a local consumption strategy to boost its economy," he told Bernama.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak who is also Finance Minister, is scheduled to unveil his first budget since taking over the premiership from Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi in March this year, on Oct 23.

Lim said that since exports had declined, Malaysia needed to sustain its domestic consumption to achieve a reasonable growth for 2010.

The country's gross domestic product could grow by two per cent in 2010 against an estimated contraction of four to five per cent this year, he said.

"To increase consumer spending, the government may resort to a tax cut of around one per cent on individual income or reduce import duties.

"Promoting local consumption is very important as Malaysia itself has a population of around 25 million people," he said.

Lim said Malaysia was an export-oriented economy, ranking 17th in the world, and kept its ringgit undervalued by as much as 30 per cent.

"If Malaysia has a strong currency base, its citizens could be very rich.

"Eleven years ago before the Asian financial crisis, the value of our currency was RM2.40 for one US dollar. Today, it is RM3.39 for one US dollar in spite of the greenback's global weakness," he said.

Lim did not expect too many goodies in the upcoming budget after the government launched stimulus packages worth RM7 billion in February and RM67 billion in March.

He also did not expect the government to introduce goods and service tax (GST) that was anticipated by some tax consultants.

"GST means consumers will have to pay tax each time they purchase goods or services.

"In view of the poor outcome of the last general election on March 8, 2007, the government is most likely to defer or delay this form of taxation," he said.

He said that in the budget, the government might scrap the need for approved permits (AP) to import vehicles to create a level playing field for all importers.

MIA was the first institution to call on the government to abolish the AP system, he said.

Lim said the government might use Budget 2010 to further liberalise investment policies and other terms and conditions to make Malaysia a more competitive nation.

On the capital market, he said the country was fortunate that Bursa Malaysia had made a remarkable recovery since January with today's market capitalisation at RM940.232 billion against an all time high of RM1.1 trillion in early 2007.

"A financial market recovery boosts consumer spending and consumer confidence, and this in turn generates a better economic environment," he said.

hey all i'm not very sure whether is this the right place to post a internet/isp based questions...
btw lets get to the point...
i was wondering can 1 connect to the internet using a unregistered tm landline...
such 1 has not registered to the streamyx but has all the equipment's (modem ..etc..) and also the login password....a valid one's...

hey guys i have this scenario where involves a good fren of mine.....
ok this guy ended up doing sex with a prostitute whos hiv condition unidentified....
he was wearing a condom..so it was a protected sex...and before they started doing it the prostitute applied sum kv gel on her vagina...
and they started doing it and 10 minutes later d guy felt something wet...and he felt uncomfortable....

ares and norton problem

Hi, here's my problem...
I have Ares 1.9.0.3007 and Norton Anti-Virus 2005 installed in my PC (Win XP SP2).
When I open Ares, the Norton shows a "Security Alert" that ask me to either, block or allow the program.
It doesn't matter what I choose, by the two ways the alert comes up again.
I've tried to open the Ares Port (24744) in the Windows Firewall, but the Norton alert still remain.
I've never had this kind of problem with the old Ares versions.
Can you help me with this?

Hey guys im having a huge space problem with my computer...
im using two hard disk on my comp 1 is 40g that is my primary and the other is 80g dis is my slave....

there is no problem with my slave but im having massive problem with my 40g...
the problem is that my hard disk now left olyi 2 gig of space and where i only have 3 gig's of movies/video files,4+ gig 4 my music,5 gig of my window files,and very few programs...and all of my games and other movies are in the other hard disk....
if there is any way for me to detect all the unwanted files and remove them plz help me k...
