Hi All !! My online survey gathering statistics for my research study was shared among my family & friends, and it was pleasant to hear from them how impactful my survey was, it was a wake-up call to them realising the dire situation they are in. The questions are very direct, which prompted them to think critically about their career goals, and whether it is worth staying in the organisation working for the current boss.

My survey has 3 parts which takes up to 5 minutes to answer. Part 1 is about understanding your impression towards your top management (Directors, CxO, Country Head,etc), while Part 2 is about your relationship with your immediate superior (senior manager, HOD, etc), and final Part 3 about your feeling on the job itself. Try this and the result may surprise you

Those whom has answered my survey requested for me to share the final result so they can see how they fare against the average trend. Of course, the bigger sample I have the more inclusive and meaningful the result would be.

I welcome all of you to answer my questionnaire, who knows it will open up new insights about your job, and maybe you will realise it is time for a change.

This morning I heard this conversation at a warung. So we take our dishes and drinks ordered and pay at counter.

A girl was saying to the customer in BM saying they sent extra teh tarik to the customer table by accident, and want to ask them to pay. Then the customer replied in english "sorry I dont understand can u speak english?" "I not malaysian I am singaporean please speak english" in his western american accent.

The girl gave up and went away.

The singaporean laughing and it is obvious they understood her.

I finished my food and walked to the girl and say loud loud "dik teh tarik orang singapura tu berapa? Saya bayar untuk dia, sedekah kat dia". And I gave her rm2 ask her keep the change.

I am very sure they heard me and I didnt look at them so I dunno their reaction. But I just walk off like that. I feel bangala.

I think they are here for a business meeting cos this warung is next to the factory in senawang. Damn siasui man these singkie.

Last weekend I went to LowYat to get a new computer, as a replacement to my aging laptop.

As I went into some random shop bcos it is empty, a friendly guy served me. He ask me what am I looking for. I said I want to buy a gaming rig to play dota2.I ask him match for me.

So in the end I get these.

He said this build is godlike. And graphics will be damn good can see the creeps spilling out blood droplets when kena hit. He ask me get the 27" monitor can see whole dota2 map on my monitor, no need scrolling. If enemy come I will know immediately and will godlike kills.

I declined politely saying if I so easy godlike I will get bored of the game and no play it. Then this rig is wasted.

I kinda liked the mobo. My first ever gamer rig.

Next step is to order some cheap m2 ssd chips from internet and then I am ready to pwn noobs in dota2.

Todei I saw this car kena clam. I dont understand few meter further down the carpark got empty spot, why he need simply park middle of the road?

I shall conclude potong drivers are utter brainless.

I bought a new car and finally drove it to work after selling off my m6 (Mazda6) then someone saw it and spread to whole office.

Then they mula gossip d la, and finally 1 person come msg me in lync.

"Hey I heard u bought new car"

Then the topic continued during lunch hour. Another colleague say

"Hey I heard u bought new car, fetch us go eat" followed by others agreeing. I have no choice just fetch lo.

Then when they finally saw the car they shouted fuyoh bmw!!! How much u buy? Aiyo u so young buy such big car for what? Not practical la u drive this in city. This car is go mountain wan... blabla all butthurt condemn me buy wrong car. They said I should get the new 3 or 4 siri.

I regret fetching them out, make dirty my new leather seat saja.

Today i wanna subscribe to Indonesia mobile internet 3G plan, i topup 300k IDR (RM28 = 100k IDR) to my prepaid number and go to subscribe menu. My intended data plan was around 1GB for my month stay here.

I was so surprised to see how much 3d quota i can get for mere RM28 !

16GB for 30 days only cost RM28.

now I have too much credit in the phone dunno do what. can last til 3 more months for data subscription.

- where can i get an engagement ring?
- any specific amount of rose i need to buy for this?
- any other i need to prepare? as i normally hear people say to propose just prepare ring and flower.

whenever someone claims something, forumers will come in and bash and ask for proof. since this is the internet why would someone wanna lie? since it brings no benefit at all. if someone says A means it is A, why must ask to prove that it is A?

Where is the trust? Even on the net also we cannot trust each other, how to unite in real life?
